Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers to introduce products and services.
• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and leads.
• Build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
• Update customer information in the CRM system.
• Achieve individual sales targets.
• Prepare daily activity reports.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Any Field
• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
• Good communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls.
