Telesales Executive

We are looking for motivated and target-driven Telesales Agents to join our Forex and financial markets sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing trading services, following up on qualified leads, and supporting clients through the account-opening process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Introduce the company's Forex and trading services professionally.
• Manage and follow up with assigned leads through the CRM system.
• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information about available services.
• Assist clients with the account-opening and onboarding process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Follow company policies, approved sales practices, and applicable compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Telesales, Forex, CFDs, Financial Services, or Call Centers is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
• Basic knowledge of Forex and financial markets is an advantage.
• Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
• English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
