Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to candidates regarding international job opportunities.
• Explain job details, salary, location and recruitment process.
• Generate interest and convert candidates through effective telephonic communication.
• Handle queries and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Maintain candidate records and calling data.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly conversion targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident in making outbound calls.
• Tele Sales, Telecalling or Recruitment experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
• Target-oriented and enthusiastic personality.
