Caliph Business Solutions is a leading business consultancy and company formation firm in Dubai. We help entrepreneurs and SMEs with Mainland & Free Zone Company Setup, Trade Licenses, Investor Visas, PRO Services, and Corporate Banking Support.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for energetic Telesales Executives.

* Job Responsibilities*

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (warm & cold leads) to promote our business setup services

• Explain company formation packages, license costs, and visa processes to clients

• Generate and qualify leads, follow up consistently to close deals

• Maintain a database of clients and update CRM / Excel sheets daily

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Coordinate with the documentation and PRO team for smooth client onboarding

• Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service

* Requirements*

• 1+ years of proven experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telemarketing (UAE experience is a big plus)

• Experience in Business Setup, Real Estate, Insurance, or Banking sales preferred

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English (Hindi / Malayalam / Arabic is an advantage)

• Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and WhatsApp Business

• Must be in UAE and available for face-to-face interview

• Immediate joiners preferred
