Telesales Executive – Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products or services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products/services and clearly communicate their benefits.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with interested customers and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is preferred.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
