Telesales Executive

Role Overview
You will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound sales — qualifying leads, making introductory calls, setting appointments, and following up on pipeline — so our senior team can focus on pitching and closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects across hotels, resorts and architects to introduce Laxree's product portfolio
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information before handing off to the sales team
• Follow up with existing leads and clients for order updates, pending quotations, and re-engagement
• Maintain accurate records of calls, status, and next steps in the CRM
• Coordinate internally to share client feedback and flag urgent requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales
• Clear, confident communication in Hindi and English.
• Comfortable with targets and structured follow-up routines
• Familiarity with MS Excel or basic CRM tools preferred
