Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities :-

1.Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell service products.

2.Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate service solutions.

3.Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

4.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the SAP CRM system.

5.Follow up on leads and customer inquiries promptly.

6.Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and resolving issues.

7.Execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase customer engagement.

8.Utilize CRM data to analyze sales patterns and customer behavior, driving improvements in sales strategies.

9.Participate in training programs to improve sales techniques and product understanding.

10.Manage the end-to-end service sales cycle, including lead/opportunity generation, quotation preparation, opportunity updates, order follow-up, negotiation, order collection and processing, advance payment collection, coordination for invoicing, and final payment collection.

Qualifications:-

BE/Diploma - Instrumentation/Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical or Bsc. In Electronics / Physics / Chemistry
