Telesales Executive

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective telemarketing techniques.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through cold calling and other sales strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales or a related field, with a minimum of 6 months in the industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
