Telesales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Advisor to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to identify and close sales opportunities. This role involves convincing and communicating with customers about our IT solutions and products, building trust and confidence with clients, and contributing to the growth of the company and business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Acquisition

• Client Communications:Interacting with customers via phonic calls and chat regarding inquiries and converting to sales.
• Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Key Skills:

Prefer proven experience in sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with technology products not necessary, but preferred (smartphones, laptops, macbooks ,etc.).

Customer-focused with competent problem-solving abilities

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
