About the Role

We are seeking an organized and motivated Tele-Sales Executive to support our sales team. You will contact prospective clients, understand their property requirements, qualify leads, and arrange viewings. You will also manage property listings, maintain accurate CRM and inventory records, and assist with sales documentation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and respond to property inquiries.
• Explain property features, prices, offers, and payment plans clearly.
• Identify client requirements, qualify leads, and arrange viewings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospective clients and keep records of calls and interactions.
• Create and update property listings on the CRM and UAE property portals.
• Maintain accurate property inventory, client records, and documentation.
• Prepare basic sales and activity reports.
• Handle client questions and objections professionally.
• Work towards agreed calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

Requirements

• Experience in tele-sales, customer service, administration, or real estate is preferred; motivated freshers are welcome to apply.
• Strong written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Confident communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with UAE property portals and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate documentation and RERA requirements is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
