Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Call cold or warm leads generated from online campaigns, social media, or walk-in inquiries.
- Product Pitching: Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, EV range, financing options, or service packages.
- Appointment Booking: Convert phone inquiries into confirmed showroom visits, test drives, or service slots.
- Objection Handling: Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and persuade buyers effectively.
- CRM Management: Update customer details, call statuses, and follow-up notes in tracking software.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
