Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and generate sales opportunities.
• Explain and promote relevant NBFC/financial products to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
• Follow up with leads and customers through calls.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and call-related records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of customer requirements.
• Ensure professional and effective communication with customers.

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in:
• Telecalling
• Sales
• NBFC/Financial Products
• Customer Care/Customer Support-only profiles will not be considered.
• Candidates with IT background or IT industry experience will not be considered.
• Language: Mandatory fluency in both Hindi and English.
• Education:
• Graduate completed, OR
• 12th/PUC completed with valid proof, OR
• 10th + 3-year Diploma
• Candidates who are currently pursuing any course/education are not eligible.
• Candidates must have a stable employment history.
• Candidates with absconding history or frequent job changes/unstable employment records will not be considered.

Preferred Product Experience

Candidates with experience in any of the following products will be preferred:

• Personal Loan
• Business Loan
• Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Loan Against Shares
• Credit Card
• Insurance
• Education Loan

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
