Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Clearly introduce and explain our products and services to customers.
• Explain benefits clearly to encourage customers to buy or sign up.
• Keep accurate records of all customer calls and sales in the system.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs better.
• Identify opportunities to suggest related or additional products (cross-selling).
• Contact customers as needed for quality assurance or research to enhance our offerings.
• Build friendly relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Use sales scripts and follow company rules during calls.
• Learn about our products and industry to give good advice to customers.
• Reach daily calls and sales goals set by the team.
• Help achieve monthly sales targets and support overall team success.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in telesales or sales roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude.
• Basic understanding of CRM software and MS Office applications.
