Telesales Executive

Job Title: TELESALES EXECUTIVE

FS Real Estate Advisory is looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team and handle the UAE Real Estate Market. The ideal candidate should have telesales experience, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage potential clients over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients in the UAE market.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
• Understand client requirements and provide relevant property information.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule property viewings and appointments for interested clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements

• 6+ months of telesales experience in real estate is required.
• Experience dealing with the UAE/Dubai real estate market will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Confident and comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
• Target-oriented, motivated, and proactive.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and build rapport.
• Fresh candidates with strong telesales skills may also be considered.
