Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and convert leads into orders.
• Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp customer queries.
• Explain products and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
• Achieve daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain customer, lead, and order records in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Support order tracking, returns, refunds, and basic complaints.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Share daily/weekly sales reports and customer feedback.

• Razorveda: Personal Care, Skin Care, Hair Care & Wellness
• MySkinWise: Acne, Pigmentation & Anti-Aging Solutions
• Lennore India: Water Ionizers & RO+Ionizer Purifiers

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
• Good Hindi communication; English is a plus.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach.
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp skills.
• Telecalling/sales experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
