Requirements

• 1–2 years of telesales or sales experience preferred.
• Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
• Telecommunication industry experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Good customer handling and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products or services clearly.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products, services, offers, and plans to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information.
• Handle customer questions professionally and provide appropriate information.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
