Telesales Executive

We are hiring a Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert enquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
• Generate sales from fresh and existing leads.
• Explain fitness equipment features and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up on customer enquiries received from website, social media, WhatsApp, and marketplaces.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain customer records in CRM/Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales customer support.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 0-3 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Sales, or Sales Executive role.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
