Telesales Executive

The Role

You handle warm, qualified inbound leads and turn them into booked studio consultations. This is consultative telesales — no cold-calling, no hard closing. Your job is to build trust fast, answer honestly, and get the right clients through the door and actually showing up.

What You’ll Do

→ Call and follow up on inbound leads (phone + WhatsApp) through to a booked consultation.

→ Qualify leads honestly and filter out junk so studio time is well spent.

→ Book consultations and confirm attendance to minimise no-shows — our biggest leak.

→ Handle objections (price, discretion, “does it look natural?”) accurately and without pressure.

→ Keep the CRM clean: every lead logged, every follow-up on time.

→ Escalate technical or fitting questions to the right person.

What We’re Looking For

→ 1–3 years in telesales / inside sales.

→ Fluent English and Hindi; Kannada a strong plus.

→ Warm, clear and patient on the phone; genuinely discreet with a sensitive topic.

→ Disciplined with follow-ups and CRM data — nothing slips.

→ Comfortable being measured on shows and conversions, not just call volume.

Working days : 6 days WFO

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
