*Job Title: Telesales Executive*

*Location:* Badarpur / Mohan Estate, Near Metro Station, Delhi (On-site)

*Job Type:* Full Time

*Shift Timing:* Day Shift - 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM

*Working Days:* 6 Days (1 Rotational Week Off)

*Salary & Benefits:*

• In-Hand Salary: Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 22,000 per month

• CTC: Rs. 25,500 per month

• Additional Performance Based Incentives

• Day Shift

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Telesales Executive with minimum 1 year of experience. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, and converting leads into sales.

*Roles and Responsibilities:*

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided database/leads

• Explain products/services and resolve customer queries in Hindi & English

• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales targets

• Maintain and update customer database with call status and feedback

• Follow up with existing and potential customers for closure

• Build and maintain good customer relationships

• Escalate complex issues to the senior team

*Requirements & Skills:*

• Minimum 1 Year of relevant experience in Telesales / Telemarketing / Outbound Sales

• Education: 12th Pass (HSC) and above can apply

• Languages Required: Hindi + English (Must)

• Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Target oriented and self-motivated

*Eligibility:* Fresher with good communication will NOT be considered. Only experienced candidate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
