Telesales Executive

We are seeking a motivated, target-driven Sales Tele-caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential customers, present our health insurance packages, and guide clients through selecting the right policy.

Shift Timing & Work Schedule

• Work Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
• Weekly Off: Every Sunday fixed off
• Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls daily to potential customers using the company-provided database.
• Needs Assessment: Understand the customer’s medical and financial requirements to suggest matching plans.
• Sales Conversion: Convert interested prospects into sales and achieve assigned monthly targets.
• Follow-up Management: Regularly follow up with warm leads who requested time to decide.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: 12th pass or a Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in outbound telesales or insurance sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills welcome).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Language: Fluent verbal communication in the primary regional languages.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: Competitive monthly base salary.
• Incentives: Performance-based, unlimited sales incentives linked to target achievement.
• Leave Policy: 1 paid leave per month becomes applicable after completing a 3-month probation period.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
