Telesales Executive

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Real Estate Tele Sales Executives / Real Estate Agents who are passionate about sales, communication, and building a successful career in Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position: Real Estate Tele Sales Executive / Real Estate Agent

Compensation: Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Structure

Incentives: Performance-based incentives and rewards

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up with potential buyers and investors
• Make outbound calls and develop new client relationships
• Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable Dubai properties
• Promote off-plan and ready properties from leading developers
• Arrange property presentations and meetings
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and follow up professionally
• Achieve individual and team sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in Dubai real estate, telesales, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, confidence, and a strong desire to succeed
• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
