Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type: Full-Time
Basic Salary: RM2,500 + High Commission

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy communicating with customers, building relationships, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with existing customers; no cold calling required.
• Promote and explain financial products to customers.
• Follow provided sales scripts and guidelines.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Follow up with customers and assist them throughout the application process.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
• Work closely with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing.
• Malaysian citizen, aged 18 years and above.
• Good communication skills in English is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Willing to work 2 full Saturdays per month.
• Able to work on-site at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.
