Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing customers to promote the company’s food chemical products.
• Understand customer requirements by asking about the required product, quantity, quality specifications, and delivery timelines.
• Generate new sales leads and identify potential B2B customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to prepare and share quotations with customers.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
• Handle customer queries professionally and maintain good customer relationships.
• Maintain customer information, call records, sales enquiries, and follow-up details in Excel.
• Send product details, quotations, and other business-related information through email.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Good Hindi and English typing skills.
• Basic knowledge of email writing, sending, and replying to business enquiries.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good customer handling, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of telecalling, telesales, or B2B sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
