What they need
A medical center in Sharjah is looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to handle patient inquiries and convert leads into confirmed appointments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of telesales or customer service experience.
- Experience in medical, dental, laser, beauty, or aesthetic services is preferred.
- Arabic speaker with fluency in Arabic and English.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Experience using phone and WhatsApp to communicate with customers.
Responsibilities:
- Contact patients and leads by phone and WhatsApp.
- Explain services, offers, and appointment options.
- Follow up with inquiries and previous leads.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
