Telesales Executive

About Us:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telesales Executive responsible for promoting the company’s products through telephone calls and generating sales opportunities. The role involves contacting potential and existing customers, explaining product details, following up on leads, maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and updating call records. The Telesales Executive will also coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s overall sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Generate sales leads and convert potential customers into sales.
• Follow up with customers to close sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries, provide product information, and address concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
• Inform customers about new products, schemes, and promotional offers.
• Prepare daily call reports and provide regular updates to the reporting manager on sales performance.

Work Location:

• Mattoor, Kalady, Angamaly

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
