Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Contact incoming leads and prospective customers to promote Roomindo.
• Explain the software's features, benefits, and pricing to hostel and PG owners.
• Understand customer needs and demonstrate how Roomindo can support their business.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers through phone-based sales.
• Handle objections, negotiate with prospects, and close sales deals.
• Follow up with interested leads to improve conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update lead status in the system.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Requirements

• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Malayalam; basic English communication is an advantage.
• Ability to persuade customers and close sales over the phone.
• Customer-focused attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, or software sales is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
