We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive for a leading educational institute in Hisar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and parents.

• Explain courses, fees and admission procedures.

• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective follow-ups.

• Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.

• Maintain lead records and achieve monthly admission targets.

• Coordinate with admissions and marketing teams.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Admissions Counselling or Inside Sales.

• Education industry experience preferred.

• Excellent Hindi communication and good working English.

• Strong convincing, counselling and lead conversion skills.

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
