About the Role
Mixfame is looking for a motivated, results-driven Telesales Executive who is fluent in both English and Arabic to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of telesales experience, excellent communication and persuasion skills, and a passion for sales. You will be responsible for contacting existing Mixfame users, promoting our services, and converting users into paid subscribers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing Mixfame users to introduce and promote our services.
• Sell Mixfame subscription plans and encourage users to upgrade their memberships.
• Explain the benefits, features, and value of Mixfame's services to potential subscribers.
• Follow up with users to address questions, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Build positive relationships with users and maintain professional communication.
• Meet monthly sales targets and commission-based performance objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, sales, and customer interactions.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and opportunities to improve sales performance.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong verbal communication skills.
• At least one year of experience in telesales or a similar sales position.
• Proven ability to persuade customers, handle objections, and close sales.
• Target-driven, proactive, and motivated to earn through performance-based commissions.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Must hold a valid UAE visa that does not require company sponsorship.
• Available to work full-time on-site in Dubai, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
