Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining products or services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update customer databases and call records
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and convincing abilities
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• High school diploma or equivalent Bachelor’s degree
