Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer enquiries.
- Explain company products, services, and offers to customers.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and daily follow-up reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective lead management
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
- Telemarketing: 1 year (Required)
