Duties will include:

• Speaking with new clients to promote our services.
• Following up on warm leads provided by the company to generate new business opportunities.
• Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
• Managing and updating client and lead information accurately.
• Working towards achievable sales and performance targets.
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach at all times.
• Supporting the wider team with general office and admin tasks when required.

Required Skills:

• Previous telesales experience is preferred.
• Confident, friendly, and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Organised with attention to detail.
• Motivated, positive attitude, and eager to learn and develop.
