About Our Company

Magnum Digital Solutions is a Digital Marketing and IT Services company providing Website Development, Software Development, Mobile Applications, Social Media Marketing, Google Advertising, SEO and other business growth solutions.

We are looking for confident and well-spoken Tele Sales Executives who can communicate with business owners, generate leads and schedule appointments for our Field Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential customers and business owners to introduce our company's services.
• Explain our Digital Marketing and IT services in simple language.
• Understand customers' requirements and identify interested clients.
• Schedule appointments and business meetings for our Field Sales Executives.
• Generate leads through outbound calling and follow-ups.
• Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
• Share company profiles, service details and other information with customers.
• Coordinate with the Field Sales Team to confirm meeting dates and timings.
• Maintain daily calling records, customer details and appointment reports.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly appointment targets.
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with good Hindi communication skills.
• Basic English communication skills preferred.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Previous experience in Telecalling, Tele Sales or Customer Support will be an advantage.
• Should be confident and polite while talking to customers.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Should be comfortable with calling, follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
• Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
