Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

· Contact leads generated through Facebook and Instagram ads.

· Explain event packages, birthday party plans, and other event services to customers.

· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages based on their budget.

· Negotiate pricing and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

· Upsell add-on services and premium packages to increase sales.

· Follow up with potential customers and maintain good customer relationships.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Candidate Requirements

· Candidates from a hospitality, hotel, restaurant, event management, or guest service background preferred.

· Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

· Good negotiation, convincing, and sales-closing abilities.

· Customer-focused, energetic, and target-oriented.

· Experience in selling event packages or hospitality services will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who doesn't simply answer enquiries, but knows how to turn an enquiry into a booking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
