Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to drive shop and website sales through customer calls, lead follow-ups and WhatsApp communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Follow up with website, WhatsApp, Instagram and other sales enquiries.
• Convert leads into store visits and online orders.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Handle customer objections and confidently close sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and customer relationships.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records.

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Highly confident and proactive personality.
• Strong sales closing and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Good customer handling and follow-up skills.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Experience in jewellery, retail, e-commerce or tele sales is preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month + Performance Incentives

We are looking for a SALES-ORIENTED candidate who can confidently communicate with customers, handle objections and convert enquiries into sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
