Telesales Executive - Fresh Graduates

• Contact potential customers using company-provided leads.
• Understand customers’ financial needs and explain suitable company services.
• Handle enquiries and objections professionally.
• Follow up consistently and build positive customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For

• Motivated by achievement and opportunities to increase income.
• Willing to learn, receive coaching and apply feedback.
• Responsible, committed and consistent with follow-ups.
• Able to handle rejection professionally and work towards sales KPIs.
• Sales experience is an advantage, but it is not compulsory. Fresh graduates are welcome.
