Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Telecalling Head to lead and manage our telesales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in telesales, team management, target achievement, customer handling, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling/telesales team.
• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Develop effective telesales strategies to improve customer conversion.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and training.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Track sales calls, leads, conversions, and team performance.
• Ensure the team achieves assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and share regular sales and performance reports with management.
• Identify opportunities to improve telesales processes and revenue.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a telesales team.
• Strong knowledge of telesales processes and sales conversion techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Qualification: Any qualification.
• Age: 25+ years.
