Telesales (Internship)

Role Description This Telesales Internship role at AZAR is a hybrid position based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for working from home. Interns will make outbound and receive inbound calls to introduce AZAR’s services, qualify leads, and support the sales team in building and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include following sales scripts, responding to inquiries, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, and coordinating with the design and strategy teams to communicate client needs accurately. The role also involves preparing basic call reports, gathering market feedback, and contributing ideas to improve telesales approaches. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on experience in telesales within a creative, design-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and active listening skills, with clear, professional telephone etiquette.
• Basic sales or customer service abilities, including persuasion, handling objections, and relationship building.
• Comfort with using computers, office software, and CRM or call-tracking tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Cairo, Egypt, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes.
• Interest in design, branding, and pop culture, with willingness to learn about AZAR’s services and value proposition.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications) is a plus but not required.
