What they need
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote credit card installment plans
Answer or handle and follow up on customer inquiries regarding credit card installment plans
Requirements :
Higher Diploma or above
Banking / telemarketing experience preferred
Fluent Cantonese, basic English, and Mandarin
Excellent communication and sales skills
Proficient in computer operation (MS Word, Excel) and Chinese typing (Cangjie / Sucheng)

Working Location:
Sheung Wan
Working Hours :
Monday to Saturday (Five days work per week) [Monday to Saturday 09:00-21:00 (9-hour shift, including 1 hour for lunch)]
