We are looking for a confident, humble, responsible, and target-oriented Tele Sales / Outbound Sales Executive to join our sales team and help us acquire new clients in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound hot and cold calls to potential clients in the US market.
• Identify businesses that can benefit from our digital services.
• Promote and sell:
• Website Design & Development
• E-commerce / Shopify / WooCommerce Development
• Branding & Logo Design
• Graphic Design
• Social Media Marketing
• SEO Services
• Digital Marketing Solutions
• Generate new leads through outbound calling and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
• Conduct professional sales conversations with business owners and decision-makers.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, messages, and emails.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and sales.
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the design/development team when required to understand project requirements.
• Handle objections professionally and convert qualified prospects into paying clients.

Monthly Sales Target

Minimum Monthly Sales Target: $5,000

The candidate will be expected to consistently work toward achieving the monthly revenue target through new client acquisition.

Incentive

10% Incentive on Sales Generated Beyond the $5,000 Monthly Target

Requirements

• Previous experience in tele sales, outbound sales, call center sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Experience selling web design, digital marketing, SEO, branding, or other digital services is a strong advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Ability to communicate with US-based clients and business owners.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Good follow-up and lead management skills.
• Willingness to work the US night shift.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales potential may also be considered.
