Telesales Representative - Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Follow approved call scripts and sales strategies to effectively engage prospects.
• Identify customer needs, answer questions, and handle objections professionally.
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling and other sales activities.
• Accurately record call details, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily and weekly call, lead-generation, and sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout every interaction.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
