Telesales Representative

About the role

This is a telesales position focused on contacting leads through outbound calls and converting them into confirmed orders. You will explain products, prices, and promotions, handle objections, and recommend suitable products or offers to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact leads through outbound calls and convert them into confirmed orders
• Explain products, prices, and promotions clearly
• Handle objections and recommend suitable products or offers
• Follow up with pending and interested customers
• Verify customer and order details before confirmation
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and orders
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
• Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
• Meet assigned sales, conversion, and productivity targets
• Follow approved sales scripts, processes, and company policies

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate, vocational graduate, or college level/graduate
• Ability to turn customer interest into confirmed orders
• Communicates clearly, confidently, and professionally over the phone
• Effectively communicates product value and handles customer hesitation
• Maintains a helpful and respectful approach throughout the sales process
• Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, sales, customer service, call center, or e-commerce is an advantage but not required.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Bahayang Pag-asa, Bacoor, Cavite
