About the role

We are seeking a Telesales Representative to drive sales through outbound calls, selling top-tier insurance products and maximizing daily campaign leads. You will listen actively to diagnose client needs, pitch insurance solutions, handle objections, and guide customers to secure commitments while maintaining metrics and meeting quotas.

About you

• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• High school graduate or higher
• Sales background preferred
• Living within comfortable commute to Binondo, Manila location
• Resilient, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
