Telesales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer Representative to join our call centre team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products/services, and achieving targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
• Achieve and exceed targets
• Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally
• Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telecalls, telemarketing, or a related sales role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Persistent, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
