Telesales Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential patients, healthcare offices, and referral partners.
• Educate contacts about NationalMed’s medical services and product offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads, ensuring accurate data entry in CRM systems.
• Follow scripts and compliance guidelines related to healthcare marketing.
• Schedule follow-up calls, appointments, or transfers to the sales team.
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with clients.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of telemarketing, call center, or inside sales experience (healthcare experience preferred).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and dialing systems.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable.
• Compliance: Ability to follow HIPAA and company confidentiality policies.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or DME sales.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and healthcare marketing compliance.
