Telesales Representative

We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our team for a blended local account. This role involves outbound sales, customer engagement, product presentation, and assisting customers with the initial loan application and booking process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Handle both voice and non-voice customer interactions through assigned channels.
• Present and explain product features, services, and relevant procedures to customers.
• Assist customers with the initial loan booking and scheduling process.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance throughout the initial transaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer concerns and support business requirements.
• Work toward assigned sales and performance targets.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate (Old or New Curriculum).
• At least 6 months of experience in telesales, outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
• Candidates without telesales or outbound sales experience may qualify with at least 1 year of face-to-face sales experience.
• Willing to work onsite and interact with customers through different communication channels.
• Able to work effectively with colleagues and different levels of the organization.
