Telesales Representative

Telemarketer (ASAP)

• Outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to sell products, generate leads, follow up sales, and achieve assigned targets.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
• A graduate of BS Agriculture, Agribusiness, or a related field is an advantage
• 1-2 years or more of experience in telemarketing, sales, preferably in agrochemicals, agricultural products, or related industries
• Training in agrochemical products, agricultural inputs, consultative selling, CRM, and telemarketing; agricultural-related certifications/licenses are an advantage
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Knowledge of agrochemical products and agricultural practices
• Experience handling farmer/dealer customers
• Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with CRM/sales monitoring tools
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong product presentation and relationship-building skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify potential customers and determine their needs, interests, and requirements.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
• Ensure all leads and customer requests are properly documented and followed up.
• Respond appropriately to customer concerns, questions, and objections.
