.Telesales Representative

IMC Certifications is hiring for a "Telesales Representative" to join our head office team in Abu Dhabi.

Immediate Joiner

Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective clients through calls and WhatsApp.
• Promote professional certification and training programs.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable courses.
• Follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Handle objections and convert leads into enrollments.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, education sales, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.
• Experience in Education/EdTech/Professional Training is an advantage.

Salary: AED 4,000–5,000 + Commission + Performance Rewards
