Telesales Representative

Role Description

We're looking for a proactive and confident communicator who enjoys helping people and achieving results. This is a part-time remote role for a Telesales Agent. The Telesales Agent will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about the platform's services, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Daily tasks include engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, delivering excellent customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. Additionally, the agent will provide support and training when needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication and active listening.

• Candidates should possess customer service and customer support skills to handle inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.

• Proficiency in remote work tools, with strong self-motivation and time management skills, reliable internet access and basic technical proficiency.

• Fluency in English.

• Previous experience in telesales, or customer support role.

• Comfortable working in the US/EST timezone.

Working Hours

12:00 AM to 5:00 AM Egypt Time (4-hour shift + 1-hour break)

Weekend

Wednesday and Thursday

Salary

Basic salary in EGP + bonus in USD
