Telesales Representative

Roles & Responsibilities – Telecaller (0–1 Year Experience)

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to interact with customers and prospects.
• Generate leads by contacting potential customers and explaining products/services.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to increase conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and call outcomes in the CRM system or daily reports.
• Achieve daily and monthly call, lead generation, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely customer support.
• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team when required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Prepare daily call reports and update lead tracking records.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and communication skills to deliver better customer service.

Pay: ₹10,000–₹20,000 per month (depending on experience)

Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0–1 year in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales
Freshers are welcome to apply
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/CRM is preferred
Good convincing, follow-up, and customer-handling skills

Work Location: In-person

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
