Telesales Agent

We are looking for a Telesales Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• 1–3 years of telesales or sales experience will be preferred.
• Experience in the telecommunications sector will be an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional telephone communication.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and explain products or services clearly.
• Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• CRM experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective customers by telephone.
• Explain products and services according to customer requirements.
• Follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Follow company sales procedures and achieve assigned targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and follow-ups.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
